Multi-agent Orchestration: Claude Code Agent Teams
Shipping features sequentially takes hours. Debugging across services takes longer.
Watch how multi-agent orchestration speeds up both shipping and debugging. Live demos of Claude Code Agent Teams and OpenBug, plus engineers sharing production patterns.
What You'll See
Part 1: Agent Teams for Parallel Development
Watch 3 Claude Code agents spin up simultaneously, each working on a different feature — rate limiting, caching, and audit logging. What takes 6 hours sequentially gets done in 60 minutes. You'll also learn when Agent Teams make sense and when they don't.Part 2: Multi-agent Debugging with OpenBug
See how multiple AI agents collaborate to investigate bugs — accessing runtime logs, stack traces, and codebases across micro-services. Live root cause analysis, and a look at how debugging agents orchestrate differently from coding agents.Part 3: Building Commandeer AI: Workflows Native macOS
Marcin Krzyżanowski walks through how he built Commander, a native macOS app for Claude Code with git integration. See how he approached building developer tools that make AI workflows feel native rather than bolted-on.
Format
Two workflow demos (parallel dev + debugging) → Engineer panel → Q&A
Speakers
Marcin Krzyżanowski
iOS Engineer, Open Source Maintainer, Creator of Commander AI
Marcin is the creator of Commander, a native macOS app for AI-powered coding with Claude Code, and maintains widely-used Swift libraries including CryptoSwift and ObjectivePGP. He's spoken at Swift Connection, try! Swift Tokyo, NSSpain, and Swift Heroes, sharing insights on everything from TextKit to virtualization. Based in Poland, he's currently focused on building developer tools that integrate AI workflows with native macOS experiences.
More speakers coming soon.
Who Should Join
Backend engineers. If you're curious about using multiagent orchestration to ship and debug faster, this is for you.
What to Bring
