Brandon is a two-time Chief People Officer, currently building at Zapier—a software automation platform with an 800-member, all-remote team in 40+ countries. Brandon believes in distributed work as a way to expand both individual opportunity and business results.
Jess is a People leader with 16 years of experience building various startups, with roles ranging from first recruiter to most recently VP of People at TrueNorth. Her background spans from online marketplaces to trucking technology for remote, hybrid and in-office organizations across 25 states and CAN.
Rani is the CEO of Complete, an end-to-end compensation management platform for startups and enterprises. Backed by Y Combinator and Accel, her company helps recruiters, HRBPs, and comp teams easily get on the same page and communicate comp decisions while promoting fairness.
Eric is the CEO of headcount365, a TA platform that gives recruiting leaders everything needed to manage their department. Prior to building headcount365, Eric was an internal talent leader at companies like Bird and Uber, and an operating partner for venture firms, launching 100+ recruiting departments via Unicorn Talent.
