About the Speakers
Erisa Dervishi is a Senior Data Engineer at Spotify on The Keys team within FinE, where she builds and maintains the data pipelines behind Spotify's key company metrics. She holds an MSc in Distributed Computing from KTH Royal Institute of Technology. She is driving AI practices adoption across her team—from reusable skills and shared coding rules to reference knowledge—aligned with Spotify's push toward agentic-by-default engineering.
Joana Fonseca is an AI Engineer at TRATON, where she develops vision-language models (VLMs) and vision-language action models (VLAs) for autonomous driving. She holds a Ph.D. in Machine Learning and Robotics from KTH. In the past, she worked on adaptive sampling and control of autonomous submarines for environmental monitoring and forecasting using sensor and satellite data. Beyond her technical work, Joana is engaged in the AI community as a board member of Stockholm AI, where she organizes events that bridge academia and industry while exploring the societal impact of AI.
