​Our speaker for the evening is Mika Eberstein from Sana Labs, who will share her journey from business development into product and development, learning to code along the way with the help of modern AI tools. In this session, Mika will showcase practical Claude Code workflows and how AI-powered coding assistants can empower individuals to contribute in highly technical environments.

​We’ll dive into what it really looks like to work alongside AI tools in day-to-day product development, how to get started without a coding background, and how these tools are reshaping team dynamics and skill expectations. This session will offer valuable insights into the future of building with AI.

​About the speaker
Mika Eberstein joined Sana Labs four years ago, shortly after its Series A, and before the rise of tools like ChatGPT. Starting in business development, she later transitioned into product, where she learned how to code from scratch. Today, she works closely with AI-powered development tools and has become highly proficient in using them to collaborate within a senior engineering team.
