Aldrich Tan is the Managing Director of UXPH.org, the CXO and Co-founder of NextPay.ph, and a certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator with over 17 years of experience in UX, Service Design, and product strategy.
As an impact-driven leader, consultant, and trainer, he has led teams across North America and the Philippines and now works with startups and organizations to build customer-centered products, improve operational systems, and drive meaningful change across teams.
Through hands-on workshops, training, and ongoing consultancy, he helps teams turn strategy into action by improving collaboration, developing leadership capabilities, and solving problems that cut across functions. His work supports real, lasting change by focusing on alignment, execution, and practical decision-making.
