​Kick off Health Tech Forward with fresh air, movement, and good company! Join Michella Botto Andrade and Katharina Soell for a relaxed 5K morning run through beautiful Barcelona before the conference buzz begins.

​💪 This is an easy-paced, social run. No stopwatch, no pressure, just a chance to move together and connect with fellow conference-goers. Runners of all levels are welcome.

​Whether you’re a regular runner or just here for the vibes, this is the perfect way to start the day energized and inspired.

​💪 Optional Post-Run HIIT Session
Stick around after the run for a short, high-energy bodyweight HIIT session led by Katharina (CrossFit Level 1 certification holder). It's a fun and beginner-friendly way to cap off the morning with some extra endorphins (and maybe a few burpees 😉).
