Welcome to English Yoga with Mike. In this class we will practice yoga in English.

Reccomend items:

・Yoga mat

・A towel

・A drink

・Yoga Blocks or thick books

・Yoga Strap or belt

5 minutes before the class starts we will have "English words of the day" which are words that are often used in yoga. This will help to support you in class. This class will mainly be in English but sometimes might be in Japanese.

マイクと一緒にイングリッシュヨガへようこそ。このクラスでは、英語でヨガをやります。

おすすめの持ち物：

・ヨガマット

・タオル

・水分

・ヨガブロックや分厚い本

・ヨガストラップまたはベルト

基本クラスは英語で、クラスの前5分間は"English words of the day!" タイム！

毎回5分間の英語ミニレッスン！

このクラスは主に英語で行われますが、日本語で行われることもあります。

マットの上に会いましょう。

📩メールで誘った場合は

レッスンの時間になる前にメールで 「Accept Invite」 のところを押してください。

そして「Open in Zoom」のところに押すとZoomアプリが開きますので参加が出来ます。

♾️リンクで誘った場合は

「Registration」のところで

「Name*」名前と「Email*」メールと入れてください。そして「Register」と押すとメールが来ます。

メールで「Open Event Page」を押してください。もしできない時は「Button doesn't work? Try copy-pasting the link:」の下のリンクをブラウザに入れてください。

次は「Open in Zoom」のところに押すとZoomアプリが開きますので参加が出来ます。
