
Exploring the subconscious through dreams - Learn how to lucid dream and astral project
Have you ever had a dream that, that you, um, you had, you'll, you would.. You could, you do, you would you want you.. You could do some, you... You'll do, you could you, you want so much.. (censored) You could do anything?
Lucid dream is a way you can do literally anything you want in your dreams - from eating at a buffet with unlimited food, going anywhere you want, summoning anyone (deceased relatives, pets, celebrities, etc.), flying to the edges of Earth, transforming into an animal, doing magic spells, conjuring up a natural disaster, and anything else you can ever imagine.
Astral projection is a bit different from lucid dreaming, and is even more vast and unlimited than lucid dreaming. There are a lot of misinformation and fear surrounding astral projection, and it is difficult to find the right resources. In this discussion, I would like to dispel the falsehood and fear surrounding astral projection so that you can get started on visually exploring your subconscious through your dreams.
By the end of the session, participants will have an idea of how to have a lucid dream and prep their subconscious for an astral projection.
