​Marty Ringlein is the Co-Founder & CEO of Agree.com, an AI-powered fintech platform that merges e-signatures, invoicing, and payments into seamless workflows for sales and finance teams. He launched the company in 2024 and quickly raised $3 million in pre-seed funding to begin disrupting the fragmented agreements space with an integrated, free e-signature wedge.

​Under his leadership, Agree.com challenges legacy incumbents like DocuSign by offering an end-to-end platform that bridges the gap between contract execution and money movement. The startup’s product-led, guerrilla-style marketing, such as setting up mobile coffee carts at Dreamforce, has helped spark rapid organic adoption within sales teams, who can onboard without formal approvals.

​Beyond entrepreneurship, Marty is a seasoned venture investor and mentor: he’s a General Partner at Adventure Fund and a Venture Partner at NextGen Venture Partners, where he has invested in startups including Figma, OpenAI, Anthropic, Chime, Beehiiv, Uber, Coinbase, and SpaceX.
