For this special event, we are taking over their beautiful Madrid studio, closing the doors to the public, and reserving the space entirely for the OneThousandClub community. This collaboration goes beyond just a venue—it is a fully immersive, private experience. What to Expect
In this focused Facial Yoga workshop, we will learn how to naturally smooth expression lines around the eyes and stimulate lymphatic drainage to mobilize accumulated fluids.
This isn't just about skincare; it is a comprehensive, four-step practice that works on your muscle structure, circulation, and nervous system to deliver effective and lasting results.
The 4-Stage Practice:
• Phase 1: Nervous System Regulation: We will begin with exercises to relax the face, release accumulated tension, and prepare the body for facial work.
• Phase 2: Posture Alignment: A good alignment of the head, neck, and shoulders is fundamental. We will learn how to avoid unnecessary tension and allow our facial muscles to function optimally.
• Phase 3: Targeted Face Yoga: We will dive into specific exercises focused on strengthening and toning the orbicular muscles of the eyes. This provides support to this delicate area, improving firmness and smoothing expression lines.
• Phase 4: Lymphatic Drainage: We will finish with a sequence designed to stimulate lymphatic circulation, reduce fluid retention, and depuff the eye contour, leaving you with a rested and luminous appearance.
The Venue: ROWSE Beauty
For this special edition of OTC Beauty, we have secured the beautiful ROWSE studio exclusively for our community. The space will be entirely private for our group, turning this workshop into a fully immersive wellness experience. Expect a beautiful atmosphere and, of course, a few special surprises along the way!
Your Host: Ana Serrano
Ana is a certified Face Yoga instructor, facial lymphatic drainage specialist, and beauty expert with over 15 years of international experience. Trained in London, she has directed her own Biologique Recherche-certified spa and worked extensively as an editorial makeup artist.
Today, her practice goes far beyond the surface. Ana is an Ayurvedic nutrition coach and a facilitator of breathwork, pranayama, and ice baths. Her unique approach seamlessly integrates facial anatomy, nervous system regulation, and natural medicine—creating transformative experiences that perfectly balance advanced technique, profound body awareness, and deep self-care rituals.

Offline Experience (No Phones): To truly disconnect and regulate your nervous system, we ask that all phones be put away for the duration of the workshop. Give yourself the luxury of being fully present.
Attire: Wear something comfortable that allows for free movement of the neck and shoulders (tops that expose the collarbones are ideal).
Prep: Please arrive with a clean face or minimal makeup, as we will begin the session with a conscious cleansing ritual.
