What do cats and facilitation have in common?

What are cats really good at and what could we learn from them when facilitating?

How can we use the superpowers of a cat to overcome our facilitation challenges?

In this Sandbox session, Sara Huang is inviting us to channel our inner feline power to facilitate like a cat and pppuuuuurrrrrrrrring while doing so 🐈

About the host:

Sara Huang is a heart-based consultant and human-centered facilitator based in the Netherlands. She becomes most alive when getting to shape and craft transformational spaces for folks to experience the creative potential of healthy and compassionate conflict. To recharge collectively and reimagine a better future together.

In practical terms, it means that clients call Sara when they need an experimental, experiential and innovative approach for their annual team retreat/strategic sessions. When they need to dive deep and lean into necessary and uncomfortable dialogues in order to grow as an organization or team.

Her favorite introduction question is: ‘Have you eaten to full satisfaction yet?’ which is also a form of greeting in Taiwan.

The Facilitation Sandbox sessions are not about "experts" and "perfection". They are about trying new things out, pushing beyond the comfort zone, making mistakes, reflecting, and learning with peers. The Sandbox is a testing ground, an experimental arena, and a space for us to hone our facilitation skills as a community.
