​Many category defining companies in FinTech have been built by founders who spent time within the financial services ecosystem, identified white spaces and took the leap of faith to jump out and build. We are witnessing an amplified version in the current landscape as more and more senior operators are now donning the founder hat to build the next generation of FinTech companies.
