January 17, 2026 • 1:00–5:00 PM
The Rising Zone — Sacramento

You train hard. You work hard. But if sleep isn’t dialed in, everything else suffers.

Sleep Is the Superpower is a special Healthspan Salon hosted at The Rising Zone, designed for people who want to perform better, recover faster, and feel sharper—without adding more to their plate. This event is about understanding why sleep is the force multiplier behind fitness, focus, metabolism, mood, and long-term health.

The Healthspan Collective is excited to bring our salon series to Sacramento for the first time, partnering with The Rising Zone to introduce a science-backed, practical approach to recovery that fits real life—not biohacker extremes.

🌿 About Valerie Orsoni

Valérie Orsoni is a biohacker since 1998, wellness entrepreneur, author, and endurance athlete, known for her evidence-informed, results-driven approach to health, fitness, and longevity. Her work in biohacking began out of necessity. Born with serious congenital health issues that conventional medicine offered little hope of resolving, she began experimenting, testing, and measuring long before biohacking became mainstream. This personal journey led her to develop a systems-based approach that integrates nutrition, movement, supplementation, and emerging science.

Valérie is the author of 55 books translated into multiple languages and the founder of ValBiohacker.com and ValerieOrsoni.com. She is an international speaker, presenting at biohacking and longevity conferences around the world, and was inducted into the Hall of Fame of the University of Hartford in recognition of her contributions and career achievements. An accomplished explorer and athlete, she has climbed 44 peaks above 4,000 meters (13,123 ft) and skied to the South Pole. Valérie teaches only what she has personally tested and measured, with a strong emphasis on transparency, longevity, and empowering individuals—especially women—to take ownership of their health and biology.
