「Japan Stablecoin Summit #2」では、Pacific Meta、TOKI FZCO、Progmatの共催のもと、最新の制度動向や技術的トピック、国内外の活用事例の紹介に加え、実際にステーブルコインを活用したいと考える企業同士が出会い、会話し、次の一歩を考える場をご提供します。
ステーブルコインに関心のある方、事業導入を検討している方、情報収集・ネットワーキングの機会を探している方にとって、未来につながる「きっかけ」がきっと見つかるイベントです。
第1回JSSの様子(2025年9月)
「Japan Stablecoin Summit」は、事前登録700名超・当日来場300名超を記録し、日本最大級のステーブルコイン特化カンファレンスとして盛況のうちに開催されました。
金融庁・今泉参事官、JPYC・岡部代表をはじめ、国内外の主要プレイヤーが多数登壇し、日本のステーブルコイン市場の未来を金融・規制・技術・ビジネスの観点から深く議論しました。
本サミットは、ステーブルコイン領域の「政策 × 技術 × 事業開発」が一堂に会する貴重な場として、業界内外から高い評価をいただいています。

Japan Stablecoin Summit #2
The “Japan Stablecoin Summit”, a conference dedicated to stablecoins that welcomed hundreds of attendees in September 2025, will return for its second edition on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, as “Japan Stablecoin Summit #2.”
Co-hosted by Pacific Meta, TOKI FZCO and Progmat, this event will explore the latest regulatory trends, technical developments, and use cases from both Japan and abroad. Beyond discussions, it will also serve as a networking hub where companies interested in implementing stablecoins can meet, exchange ideas, and envision their next steps.

The scene at JSS#1 (Last september)
The “Japan Stablecoin Summit” welcomed over 700 pre-registrations and more than 300 on-site attendees, establishing itself as one of the largest conferences in Japan dedicated to stablecoins.
The summit featured a distinguished lineup of speakers, including Mr. Imaizumi from the Financial Services Agency, Mr. Okabe, CEO of JPYC, as well as global leaders such as Maghnus Mareneck, Co-CEO of Interchain Labs (COSMOS ecosystem), and Francesco Andreoli from Consensys (the company behind MetaMask). Together, they explored the future of Japan’s stablecoin landscape from regulatory, technological, and business perspectives.
Recognized as a rare platform where policy, technology, and industry innovation intersect, the summit has earned strong praise from experts and stakeholders across Japan and the broader global ecosystem.

TOKI provides a cross-chain bridge that connects different blockchains. In addition to IBC (Inter-Blockchain Communication) — a protocol that enables blockchain-to-blockchain communication without relying on third-party trust — it combines a proprietary middleware called “LCP” to deliver cross-chain communication with enhanced security.
