Strong Girls: An inspiring, practical guide-for-life by Jodie Ounsley, co-written with Becky Grey

Learn how to be strong, think strong and be strong for others with everyone’s favourite Gladiator – Fury!

I love being a strong girl. This book is one big celebration of strong girls because being a strong girl is a vibe. It’s our vibe. I’m so proud and happy that we get to be strong together.

Jodie Ounsley is a Gladiator, an England Rugby player, an inspirational role model for deaf people, and an author too! Following on from her debut book, Keep Smashing It, Jodie wants to show YOU how to be strong in lots of different ways. Written with journalist Becky Grey, Strong Girls is full of stories from Jodie's life, key profiles on her own role models, as well as advice on how to find your own strength and celebrate it.

Because you are already strong, you just might not know it yet.

It will show you how to:

  • Start your own strong girl journey

  • Develop a strong mindset

  • Use your strength to support others

  • Smash any obstacles that come your way
