​Financial crime AI transformation is stalling — not for lack of technology, but for lack of a coherent framework for getting there.

​This invitation-only workshop brings together a small group of senior FinCrime leaders from tier-1 institutions to interrogate that framework directly. The session presents original research on AI maturity in financial crime detection, examines the structural barriers that keep most institutions at Stage 2, and opens into facilitated working groups where participants can pressure-test the framework against their own experience.

​This is a working session, not a conference. Two hours of structured content and discussion, followed by a reception with drinks and bites.
