KINN Men's group: Autumnal Descent and Shadow Work
As the fall season is upon us, nature reminds us of the wisdom of letting go, allowing what must die to return to the soil and feed what’s next. This gathering of the Kinn Men’s Group offers men a space to honor that same process within: to embrace transitions, to meet the hidden, and to integrate parts of ourselves to live a more vital life.
We’ll explore the concept of the shadow through a masculine lens—drawing on Jungian principles, sub self/parts work and the patterns that shape our lives. Together, we’ll practice recognizing how these unacknowledged parts influence our relationships, leadership, and capacity for love.
Through guided dialogue, embodied practice, and inner reflection, we’ll learn to engage the darker terrain not as something to fix, but as fertile ground for renewal. This is an invitation to descend, to shed, and to reclaim the power that lives beneath the surface; all while supporting each other safely and deeply as men.
