MFT & APN Practical Training Workshop
In this MFT & APN Practical Training Workshop, we will bring you the latest ways to diagnose and resolve psycho-emotional trauma by addressing levels 3 & 4 of the 5 Levels of Healing: the mental field and intuitive ancestral trauma.
What are MFT & APN?
Mental Field Technique (MFT) is a psycho-emotional therapy and an important aspect of A.R.T. work. It is a fast-acting, non-invasive intervention with a range of applications to address problems that may have originated from either physical or psychological issues.
The multitude of stressors in our environment exhaust our ability to self-regulate our system, so our system gets stuck in pathological states. Instead of putting the client on yet another supplement, often this requires just a gentle nudge to free the system up so MFT or “tap and tone” is our first option as it is a powerful application of the principles of acupuncture.
Applied PsychoNeurobiology (APN) recognises that most - if not all - medical symptoms, psychiatric illnesses, life crises, relationship issues and emotional states have their origin in the greater domain of consciousness: all are signposts on a growth journey that have deep meaning and want to be understood. But that alone is not enough: the healer has an implicit obligation to strive to the best of her/his ability to relieve human suffering and the suffering of all that lives.
What to Expect
This 4-day workshop led by Daniela Deiosso with support from Finn Jenk, includes:
Day 1, 6th June, is an Advanced Practice day, giving you the chance to refresh, sharpen, and fully warm up your A.R.T. skills so you’re ready to get the most out of the MFT/APN workshop.
Days 2 - 4 will be dedicated to MFT and APN, combining lectures, live demonstrations and plenty of hands-on practice, with guidance and support throughout.
Workshop Highlights
You’ll learn the foundations of MFT and APN, and how to confidently incorporate these techniques into your work, with guidance and support from Daniela. The steps of both MFT and APN will be clearly broken down and demonstrated, so you can see how they’re applied in practice. These include:
how to identify if an unresolved trauma is connected to a physical issue
how to access this with the eye movements to open the door to the limbic system
how to use the organs to assess the emotional issue
how to track this to its source, either in the personal biography or further back into the ancestral picture
Based on the origin and circumstances of the source, we will teach you how to address what comes up through both APN and MFT and will cover:
Psychological switching and limiting beliefs to remove barriers to healing
Advanced ways to open regulation
The correct use of coloured glasses to either deepen the process or stop clients from slipping into trauma
Use of the journaling technique to help the brain process the trauma work
