Join Monday Girl and Nice Day Pilates for an exclusive evening of wellness, pilates and new connections with Toronto's most influential next-gen women.
✨ What is this? Kick off Summit Week with movement and meaningful connection. Join 100+ next-gen women leaders across marketing, tech, media, finance, and beyond for an energizing Pilates class followed by a social hour to connect, mingle, and meet other Summit guests!
📍 Where is it? We're taking over the Nice Day Pilates for a wellness themed evening.
🤝 Who's coming? A mix of rising and established professionals - from founders and entrepreneurs to those navigating high-impact roles in marketing, tech, finance and more.
🥂 All registered guests will receive post-sweat refreshments!
Event Schedule
6:00pm - 6:30pm - Guests arrive and check-in.
6:30pm - 7:20pm - Instructor-led Mat Pilates Class
7:20pm - 8:30pm - Enjoy post class refreshments while networking and mingling with your fellow MGs.

While a refund will not be provided, your early notice helps ensure no spots go to waste and gives other members the opportunity to attend.
