🫧🧼The Power of Values at Work
Presented by Lush

At Monday Girl, we believe career success isn’t just about the title you hold - it’s about aligning your work with your values.

That’s why we’ve partnered with Lush, the brand that’s redefined what it means to build a business with purpose, to show how values can power both a company and a career.

Meet Erica Vega, who’s been with Lush for 20+ years and now leads Brand, Product and Service Training across the US and Canada. From perfume (her fave!) to purpose-driven leadership, Erica’s career proves that working somewhere fun and values-driven isn’t just possible - it’s the secret to loving what you do.

✨ What You’ll Learn:

  • Career with Purpose: Erica's insights on growth, longevity, and building a career that reflects your values.

  • The Lush Story: From 6 founders to a global brand changing the cosmetics industry. Wait, Lush invented the bath bomb? and more!

  • Values at Work: How Lush put their ethics into action across every part of their business, and you can do the same with your career.

🙋‍♀️ Got questions?
You’ll be able to submit them when you register, no gatekeeping here.

Recording will be shared after the session. Register now!
