We invented the five-minute SpeedMeetings™ format sixteen years ago, watched the industry copy it and dilute it, and retired our own invention. Its successor: ten-minute meetings that happen only where real business exists. If someone is across your table, there is a reason.

Registration is $25, and it comes right back: you receive a $25 Amazon gift card at check-in. The fee simply keeps every seat in the room a serious one.
Seating is capped at 50 planners, and it is a hard cap; the eighteen hotels are curated around who registers, so when the room is full, it is full. The host hotel is announced December 1, and registered planners hear it first.
