All ticket purchases for the event] are non-refundable. When you purchase a ticket, your spot is reserved and costs are immediately committed on your behalf. This includes instructor fees paid in advance so they can prepare for the experience, venue costs, food and beverage per person, and a reserved seat that another guest could have filled.

Because of this, we are unable to offer refunds regardless of the reason for cancellation. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to review our transfer and extenuating circumstances policies below if your plans change.

While we do not offer refunds, we understand that plans change. You are welcome to transfer your ticket to another individual. Please notify us at 

 at least 24 hours before the event with the new attendee's name and contact information so we can update our guest list.

In these cases, we will offer a credit toward a future event. Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of the original event. Please note that we are unable to offer cash refunds under any circumstances. To request a credit, email us at hello@the-stylecollective.com with a brief description of your situation. Documentation may be requested

If the event  is cancelled or postponed by the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, venue closure), all ticket holders will be notified immediately.

 a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Hosted by The Style Collective and The Mahjong Corner at Mercer Island Beach Club

Doors open at 5:30 PM so you can grab a drink, connect, and mingle before the tiles start flying at 6:00 PM.

🀄 This event is American Mahjong. Guests should be familiar with the basics (101/102+).

👗 Dress code Mumu Magic — think breezy prints, bold color, summer florals, or something fabulously you. Caftans, dusters, and mumus encouraged but not required.

Come solo or bring your whole crew. Good tiles, good drinks, good people. This is the send-off summer deserves.

Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another guest. Full refunds will be issued if the event is cancelled by the host.
