Mind the Gap: Operationalising the Governance in Agentic AI

​A practitioner workshop addressing the governance gap in agentic AI deployments. Small cross-functional groups work through two realistic enterprise scenarios, pairing technical design choices with legal accountability analysis under EU AI Act, FINMA and DSG frameworks. The session combines a framing provocation on principal-agent collapse and attribution gaps with hands-on scenario clinics. Outputs are compiled into a governance reference resource for all participants.
