Free screening: The National Emergency Briefing
Part of The Future of Knowledge 2026

Join the Knowledge Quarter for a free screening of the National Emergency Briefing at the British Library on Tuesday 10 November, 3.15pm–5pm.

The National Emergency Briefing is a film that brings together leading evidence on the climate and nature crisis and what it means for the UK. The initiative began at Westminster Central Hall, where more than 1,200 MPs, peers and leaders heard directly from senior experts, and is now being screened in communities and workplaces across the country as part of a call for a televised emergency briefing to the nation.

We're bringing it to the Knowledge Quarter so our community can watch it together, and we'll make time afterwards to talk about what it means for the work happening across the Knowledge Quarter.

Our expert panel:

  • Sarah Elie MBE | Chief Executive, STCA

  • Luke O'Shea | Director of Innovation, UCLH

  • Lyndsay Muirhead | Sustainability Project Lead, UCLH

  • Asha Devi | UKIMEA Healthcare Leader, Arup

  • Sam Oates | Partnership Manager, Knowledge Quarter [moderator]

Places are limited, so please RSVP soon to secure yours.
