Operator Room London April 2026
A Private, Invite-Only Gathering for Scaled Ecom Brand Founders
It’s a closed-door room for people who are already operating brands at a high level that want honest, peer-to-peer conversations with others who understand the weight of real decisions at scale.
Anchoring the Room
The conversation will be anchored by an intimate panel by a small group of experienced operators who have built and scaled iconic brands utilizing Amazon, DTC, TikTok, & Retail.
Michael Corrigan – Founder & CEO, TRTL
TRTL started as a university project between two engineering students who couldn’t stand the traditional travel pillow and has since become a global category leader. The Trtl Pillow has sold over one million units across 100+ countries, driven largely through Amazon and ecommerce, with the majority of revenue coming from international markets.
Michael brings deep expertise in product innovation, international expansion, and scaling a physical product brand from a dorm room idea into a globally recognized name in travel.
Luke Shelley – Co-Founder, Lucky Egg
Lucky Egg is a party game brand built for virality and rapid scale. Founded in 2021, a single TikTok video drove orders from 40 to 400 per day overnight, with the brand now reaching over 500k followers and expanding into retail with placements in Target and Barnes & Noble.
Luke is a serial entrepreneur and co-founder of Central 23, bringing sharp perspective on TikTok-first growth, creator-led distribution, and turning social momentum into retail scale.
Saurabh Srivastava – Senior Executive, Grace & Stella
Grace & Stella is a fast-growing skincare brand built around simple, effective products that turn everyday routines into feel-good moments. The brand has scaled globally through ecommerce with a focus on accessible, vegan, and cruelty-free skincare designed for both performance and experience.
Saurabh is an international entrepreneur and former medical doctor who has built and scaled multiple consumer brands. Alongside his role at Grace & Stella, he is the co-founder and CEO of Gravitiq, a portfolio of 12 brands across beauty, supplements, and medical support, with a focus on disciplined execution and global scale.
Eddie Latham – Co-Founder, Majority Audio
Majority Audio is one of the UK’s fastest-scaling consumer electronics brands, built through Amazon and now expanding into retail and omnichannel distribution. The company has sold over 4 million units across speakers, radios, and soundbars, establishing a strong position in the mid-tier audio market.
Eddie brings a sharp analytical approach and strong financial discipline to scaling consumer brands, combined with bold, high-conviction decision-making. Most recently, he led a Guinness World Records-breaking campaign to launch a new Bluetooth speaker range, generating millions of impressions worldwide.
And More to Come!
These founders are not presenting decks or selling frameworks. They’re participating in the room—sharing context, answering questions, and engaging in candid discussion alongside other operators.
What the Conversation Will Focus On
• What breaks as brands move past $30M–$50M
• How leadership and decision-making change at scale
• TikTok & Retail expansion to anchor your ecom growth
• The challenges that don’t show up on podcasts or panels
• What operators are cutting, and where they are spending
The Setting
The gathering will take place at a coveted private venue in Mayfair, reserved exclusively for this group. The afternoon will open with a Meet & Speed session, designed for high-signal, one-on-one introductions before the group comes together. The panel discussion will then move into an intimate, architecturally stunning setting built for exactly the kind of honest conversation this room is meant to hold.
