Operator Room London April 2026
A Private, Invite-Only Gathering for Scaled Ecom Brand Founders
It’s a closed-door room for people who are already operating brands at a high level that want honest, peer-to-peer conversations with others who understand the weight of real decisions at scale.
Anchoring the Room
The conversation will be anchored by an intimate panel by a small group of experienced operators who have built and scaled iconic brands utilizing Amazon, DTC, TikTok, & Retail.
Michael Corrigan – Founder & CEO, TRTL
TRTL began as a university project between two engineering students who couldn't stand the traditional travel pillow — and became a global category leader. The Trtl Pillow has since sold over one million units into more than 100 countries, driven almost entirely through Amazon and ecommerce, with roughly 80% of sales coming through export. Michael brings deep expertise in product innovation, international marketplace growth, and scaling a physical product brand from a Glasgow dorm room idea into a worldwide name in travel.
Luke Shelley – Co-Founder, Lucky Egg
Lucky Egg is a party game brand built for virality and it delivered. Founded in 2021, a single TikTok video drove orders from 40 to 400 per day overnight, and the brand has since grown to over 500k social followers with retail placement in Target and Barnes & Noble. Luke is a serial entrepreneur who also co-founded Central 23, a cards and gifts company, and brings sharp perspective on TikTok-first growth, TikTok Shop, and scaling into retail.
And More to Come!
These founders are not presenting decks or selling frameworks. They’re participating in the room—sharing context, answering questions, and engaging in candid discussion alongside other operators.
What the Conversation Will Focus On
• What breaks as brands move past $30M–$50M
• How leadership and decision-making change at scale
• TikTok & Retail expansion to anchor your ecom growth
• The challenges that don’t show up on podcasts or panels
• What operators are cutting, and where they are spending
The Setting
The gathering will take place at Dartmouth House, one of London's most storied private members' venues, tucked behind the quiet elegance of Mayfair. The afternoon will open with a Meet & Speed session in the courtyard, designed for high-signal, one-on-one introductions before the group comes together. The panel discussion will then move into the Churchill Room, an intimate, architecturally stunning setting built for exactly the kind of honest conversation this room is meant to hold.
Format & Notes
Attendance is limited and vetted.
Founders and operators only.
No vendors, no solicitation, no pitching, no plus-ones.

This room is for founders who don’t need access, tactics, or validation — but value signal, perspective, and time spent with peers who understand the stakes.
If you belong in that room, you’ll know.
Must be an operator of a serious ecom-focused brand or an MDS Member to qualify.
