About Event

A Private, Invite-Only Gathering for Scaled Ecom Brand Founders

It’s a closed-door room for people who are already operating brands at a high level that want honest, peer-to-peer conversations with others who understand the weight of real decisions at scale.

Anchoring the Room

The conversation will be anchored by an intimate panel by a small group of experienced operators who have built and scaled iconic brands utilizing Amazon, DTC, TikTok, & Retail.

Jabran Niaz — CEO, Utopia Brands

Jabran doesn't talk about scale, he operates at it. As the founder behind Utopia Brands, he runs 25+ private label brands across 10+ categories, generating over $800M in annual revenue and holding the rank of Amazon's #1 FBA Partner globally. He recently did what most operators avoid: tore the whole thing down and rebuilt it: new structure, new brand identities, 8 new offices, and a global expansion underway. He's in this room because he's already solved problems most brands haven't encountered yet.

Scott Dyer — Founder, Pembrook

Scott has spent 14 years building Amazon businesses the quiet way, no hype, no shortcuts, just product, people, and compounding growth. He sold his first brand, a first aid business, to an aggregator in 2021, and has since channeled everything he learned into a specialty socks and accessories operation that has grown 35% annually for four straight years and will cross $30M this year. He runs a 17-person operation, and the fact that most of his team has been with him for four-plus years says more about how he operates than any revenue number. Scott is in this room because he's figured out something most Amazon sellers haven't: that sustainable scale isn't about chasing the algorithm, it's about building a team and a product operation that can absorb Amazon's complexity without breaking.

Jay Hunter — CEO, Sprinter

Jay spent 10+ years doing the unglamorous work, managing $500M+ in Amazon ad spend and over $1B in revenue across 300+ accounts, before stepping into the CEO role at Sprinter, Kylie Jenner's RTD vodka soda brand. He's now leading the brand's expansion into functional wellness with the launch of k2o by Sprinter, backed by Night venture studio, K5 Global, and House Capital. Jay is the kind of operator who's been in the weeds long enough to see the whole picture, and is building accordingly.

Ryan Beltran — Founder, Original Grain

Ryan and his brother started Original Grain in 2013 with a Kickstarter and an idea: build premium watches from reclaimed and unique materials that tell a story beyond the timepiece itself. Thirteen years later it's a multiple eight-figure business, and Ryan is still running it. In a category as unforgiving as watches, that alone is the credential. What he's built around brand licensing and collaborations is the other one: Jack Daniel's, Ford, Fender, Budweiser, Airstream, Realtree, the Yankees. That roster didn't happen by accident, Ryan has developed a genuine playbook for finding the right partners, structuring deals, and bringing them to market in a way that actually moves product. He's in this room because he's figured out something most ecom founders are still searching for: how to build a brand with enough gravity that the most iconic names in American culture want their logo on it.

These founders are not presenting decks or selling frameworks. They’re participating in the room—sharing context, answering questions, and engaging in candid discussion alongside other operators.

What the Conversation Will Focus On

• What breaks as brands move past $30M–$50M
• How leadership and decision-making change at scale
• TikTok & Retail expansion to anchor your ecom growth
• The challenges that don’t show up on podcasts or panels
• What operators are cutting, and where they are spending

The Setting

Set in the heart of New York - venue will be shared soon.
