Operator Room New York June 2026
A Private, Invite-Only Gathering for Scaled Ecom Brand Founders
It’s a closed-door room for people who are already operating brands at a high level that want honest, peer-to-peer conversations with others who understand the weight of real decisions at scale.
Anchoring the Room
The conversation will be anchored by an intimate panel by a small group of experienced operators who have built and scaled iconic brands utilizing Amazon, DTC, TikTok, & Retail.
Jabran Niaz — CEO, Utopia Brands
Jabran doesn't talk about scale, he operates at it. As the founder behind Utopia Brands, he runs 25+ private label brands across 10+ categories, generating over $800M in annual revenue and holding the rank of Amazon's #1 FBA Partner globally. He recently did what most operators avoid: tore the whole thing down and rebuilt it: new structure, new brand identities, 8 new offices, and a global expansion underway. He's in this room because he's already solved problems most brands haven't encountered yet.
Mookie Deitsch — Founder & CEO, Bonnie and Pop
Mookie built Bonnie and Pop into a premium confectionery brand that sits on the shelves of Costco and Macy's while holding its own on Amazon and DTC, without outside capital or a playbook. She operates like a founder who's been in the numbers long enough to know which ones actually matter. Her focus: high-velocity products, real margins, and supply chains that don't break when things get real. 25% YoY growth isn't the headline, it's just what happens when you stay close to what's working and cut what isn't.
Jay Hunter — CEO, Sprinter
Jay spent 10+ years doing the unglamorous work, managing $500M+ in Amazon ad spend and over $1B in revenue across 300+ accounts, before stepping into the CEO role at Sprinter, Kylie Jenner's RTD vodka soda brand. He's now leading the brand's expansion into functional wellness with the launch of k2o by Sprinter, backed by Night venture studio, K5 Global, and House Capital. Jay is the kind of operator who's been in the weeds long enough to see the whole picture, and is building accordingly.
And More to Come!
These founders are not presenting decks or selling frameworks. They’re participating in the room—sharing context, answering questions, and engaging in candid discussion alongside other operators.
