Operator Room Vancouver July 2026
A Private, Invite-Only Gathering for Scaled Ecom Brand Founders
It’s a closed-door room for people who are already operating brands at a high level that want honest, peer-to-peer conversations with others who understand the weight of real decisions at scale.
Anchoring the Room
The conversation will be anchored by an intimate panel by a small group of experienced operators who have built and scaled iconic brands utilizing Amazon, DTC, TikTok, & Retail.
Dee Agarwal — Founder, AMA Holdings & Goli Nutrition
Dee doesn't run one brand. He runs a portfolio, and he runs it like an operator who's seen every stage of what building actually looks like. Through AMA Holdings, his family office, he's built and scaled companies across CPG, VMS, and ecommerce with a single-minded focus on what he calls omnichannel 2.0: retail velocity, digital performance, and platform-native commerce working together, not in silos. The results speak plainly. Additionally, in the last 12 months alone he scaled Goli to the #1 most sold gummy in retail per IRI, made it the #1 consumables shop on TikTok Shop, grew revenue 350%, and acquired three brands on top of that. Dee is in this room because the conversation about what omnichannel actually looks like at scale — not in theory, but in practice — is one he's been living.
Tony Yu — Co-Founder, Vessi
Tony built Vessi into a $100M+ waterproof footwear brand by staying relentlessly close to the things that actually compound: brand strategy, performance marketing, product positioning, and the kind of operational discipline that doesn't show up in pitch decks. Over the last year he's gone deep on AI, not as a talking point but as a working system, building tools that collapse the time and headcount it used to take to move fast. Tony thinks at the intersection of brand and fundamentals, and he's in this room because that intersection is shifting faster than most operators are prepared for.
Bryce Alderson — Founder, Nutratology
Bryce didn't come up through ecommerce, he came up through elite sport. As a former Vancouver Whitecap and Canadian International, he built the discipline and competitive edge on the pitch that he now applies to building brands. He sold his first supplement company to SellerX in 2021, launched Nutratology in 2022, and has since grown it to 1.5 million customers and $100M+ in Amazon revenue. His edge is precision: he's built systems around tracking market share at the keyword level, knowing exactly which levers to pull to protect a lead or take one. He's in this room because the way he thinks about Amazon isn't guesswork, it's a system.
And More to Come!
These founders are not presenting decks or selling frameworks. They’re participating in the room—sharing context, answering questions, and engaging in candid discussion alongside other operators.
What the Conversation Will Focus On
• What breaks as brands move past $30M–$50M
• How leadership and decision-making change at scale
• TikTok & Retail expansion to anchor your ecom growth
• The challenges that don’t show up on podcasts or panels
• What operators are cutting, and where they are spending
The Setting
The gathering will take place in Vancouver overlooking the water views, reserved exclusively for this group. The afternoon will open with a Meet & Speed session, designed for high-signal, one-on-one introductions before the group comes together. The panel discussion will then move into an intimate, architecturally stunning setting built for exactly the kind of honest conversation this room is meant to hold.
