​Our guest, David Fung, spent 14 years at Salesforce going from Solution Engineer to Senior Director, and now sits in on real conversations SE leaders have with their teams, then debriefs with them after.  He’ll tell the story of one of those sessions: a leader who walked out of a 1:1 feeling good about it, while his SE walked out with a completely different read on what was actually said.
