​Reading Rhythms is a series of welcoming reading parties designed to make it easy for people to gather and read socially. We invite you to bring any book you want and facilitate silent reading periods, as well as 1-on-1 breakouts, and group discussions to pull on the threads of the books that everyone is engaging with.

​In a world that can often feel devoid of interest and meaningful connection, we bring readers together to reconnect with our love of learning, to experience the wonder of beautiful venues and curated music, and to gather amongst all of the people who want to be in that very same room.

​Beat your Sunday Scaries with us via reading, matcha, and community! Join us for a cozy Matcha Reading Party! Feel free to come early for some socializing and a fun literary-themed matching board game, and we will begin reading at 6 PM!

​For this month's meet-up, we will meet at one of my favorite places in town, Ooika! Ooika makes fresh, daily-ground matcha on site. For June, they will have a seasonal special - Oishii Strawberry Matcha Latte, made with freshly made strawberry puree! (also one of my favorite flavors ever!)~

​In addition to their matchas, they also have delicious snacks - feel free to browse their menu for some seasonal special snacks.

​Logistics:

​Check-In will begin at 5:30 PM, feel free to come early to grab a match and socialize with all of our fellow readers!

​Reading Party will begin around 6 PM and end by 8 PM.

​Please note that the temperature set inside the cafe is at 68 degrees to ensure the quality of the matchas stored on site, so feel free to bring a jacket just in case!

​There is parking available in the same shopping center/complex.
