Reading Rhythms Princeton x New Year's Reading Resolutions
You’re invited!
Reading Rhythms is a series of welcoming reading parties designed to make it easy for people to gather and read socially. We invite you to bring any book you want and facilitate silent reading periods, as well as 1-on-1 breakouts, and group discussions to pull on the threads of the books that everyone is engaging with.
In a world that can often feel devoid of interest and meaningful connection, we bring readers together to reconnect with our love of learning, to experience the wonder of beautiful venues and curated music, and to gather amongst all of the people who want to be in that very same room.
Join us for a cozy Matcha Reading Party featuring New Year's Reading Resolutions! What are some new reading goals that you’d like to set for the year? Let's be accountability partners for each other!
For this month's meet-up, we will meet at one of my favorite places in town, Ooika! Ooika makes fresh, daily-ground matcha on site. For March, they will have a seasonal special - to be updated soon.
In addition to their matchas, they also have delicious snacks - feel free to browse their March menu below for some seasonal special snacks:
Cookies - made and baked fresh in-house: $3.75, or 3 x $10
Mochi Cake - gluten free: $7
Wagashi - handcrafted edible art: $7
Matcha Raw Cake - vegan treat made with puréed ingredients.: $6.50
Logistics:
Check-In will begin at 6 PM, feel free to come early to grab a match and socialize with all of our fellow readers!
Reading Party will begin around 6:30 PM and end by 9 PM.
Please note that the temperature set inside the cafe is at 68 degrees to ensure the quality of the matchas stored on site, so feel free to bring a jacket just in case!
There is parking available in the same shopping center/complex.
See you all soon and happy reading!
