​INTROVERTED AND INFLUENTIAL: STRATEGIES FOR VISIBILITY AND PRESENCE

​This one-hour interactive workshop was created for introverts looking to build confidence in amplifying their strengths, and for extraverts seeking to deepen their understanding and relationships with introverted colleagues.

​Learning objectives:

• ​Clarify what introversion really is and what it isn’t

• ​Identify limiting beliefs that may be holding you back, and reframe them

• ​Recognize introverted strengths and identify strategies to increase visibility and influence

• ​Create an action plan to implement strategies to show up with more visibility and presence in ways that feel natural and effective

​Leadership Coach & Facilitator - ICF Certified Coach & Insights Discovery Licensed Practitioner

​Laurie Bohn is a leadership coach and facilitator with over 20 years of experience helping individuals and organizations lead with clarity, purpose, and measurable impact. Her work sits at the intersection of psychological safety, systems thinking, and strategic leadership — enabling leaders to grow in ways that are grounded, intentional, and aligned.

​Laurie founded TalentVivo in 2020 to empower scientific, technical, and mission-driven teams through coaching, cohort-based development, and inclusive leadership experiences. She is a trusted partner to consulting firms, coaching organizations, and individual leaders looking to scale their influence and effectiveness.

​Clients describe her facilitation style as warm, intuitive, and quietly catalytic — with a focus on outcomes that matter.

​Laurie has trained more than 1,000 individuals, from early-career scientists to senior executives, across 80+ organizations spanning biopharma, higher education, tech, and nonprofit. She has facilitated hundreds of coaching sessions, team workshops, and cohort experiences focused on trust-building, communication, and inclusive leadership. 

​Laurie holds an MBA from Boston University and a BA from McGill University. She has worked internally at Fortune 100 organizations including Merck. Laurie is an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), a Licensed Insights Discovery® Practitioner, a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and an active member of TroopHR and the International Coaching Federation. She serves as Vice President on the Board of WEST—Women in the Enterprise of Science & Technology.
