Focus Group - Greenhouse or Lever ATS users who are actively hiring

​Target Audience:

​We're looking to host a focus group of talent leaders in the mid-career space at companies that use Greenhouse or Lever as their ATS and are actively hiring.

​Topic:

​While RippleMatch has historically been a tool specific for early career teams, they are currently looking to expand their functionality to the mid-career space and are looking to hear from TA leaders who understand the pain that comes from having to sort through stacks of unqualified/ mixed quality applicants in the search for the perfect fit. 

​We'll be looking to understand the most frustrating parts of applicant review for teams and trying to how these challenges have become even larger in an era of mass apply.
