​Get your heart rate up, connect to your core, and enhance your balance, strength, and agility all within the hour! You'll get the pacing of a group class, but as an ultra-small class (4 max capacity) you'll receive the individual attention you need to do your best. No more guessing if you're doing it right!

​​ReFORM is a combination of Reformer and mat work and is 55 minutes long.

​CANCELATION POLICY

​​Your spot is held special for you! You may cancel or reschedule your reservation up to 24 HOURS ahead of of time. Inside of 24 hours, your reservation cannot be canceled and will be deducted as if it had taken place. Any paid session canceled in advance of 24 hours will be credited to your account for future use.
