​🎤 Unlock Your Voice — with Constanza

​Discover a groundbreaking, holistic approach to singing that combines vocal technique, breathwork, somatic practices, and playful exploration.

​Constanza is a professional singer and vocal coach with 25+ years of singing experience, 15+ years of coaching, and is a Certified Teacher of Fitzmaurice Voicework®.

​Through this experience, you’ll:

• ​Learn practical somatic tools to release stress, regulate your nervous system, and feel more grounded and balanced.

• ​Understand the foundations of breath and vocal technique so you can sing with greater freedom and ease, building confidence expressing yourself both individually and in community.

​These are tools you can continue using long after the event, not just for singing, but in everyday life!

​🎶 VOMO Community Sing-Along with Harmon, Steven and Mayumi.

​Experience the magic of singing together! A joyful, heart-opening community sing-along where voices come together in celebration, connection, and collective expression.

​🌟 SPECIAL OPPORTUNITY: LIVE VOCAL COACHING

​2 participants will be selected to receive 10 minutes of personalized, live vocal coaching with Constanza in front of the group.

​Workshop a song, explore your vocal potential, and experience her unique coaching approach firsthand. Everyone will gain valuable insights from witnessing the process!

​Whether you’ve always wanted to sing but felt too shy, love singing with friends, or already have vocal experience and want to explore a deeper approach, this experience is for YOU!

​You don’t need to be a professional singer or even think you have a good voice.

​Just bring your voice, your curiosity, and an open heart.

​WHAT TO BRING 🧘‍♀️

• ​A water bottle to stay hydrated and a light snack.

• ​Comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Yoga pants or sweatpants are great for the Fitzmaurice Voicework exercises.

• ​A zafu (meditation cushion) or any comfortable pillow, for some of our somatic exercises.

• ​⁠yoga mats will be provided

​EVENT DETAILS

​📅 Saturday, November 7th

​🕑 Doors open at 12:30pm: settle in and mingle before we start at 1pm sharp

​🎤 Event 1-4PM: first half of the event is the Singing workshop and second half we’ll be singing! If you arrive after 1pm you’ll miss crucial information to understand how your voice works so plan on arriving by 12:30!
