​This talk explores the emerging field of Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSCs) regenerative cells that help regulate inflammation, repair damaged tissue, and signal the body to heal itself. While these therapies are still difficult to access in the United States due to regulatory limitations, large-quantity clinical applications are being performed in other countries with promising results for chronic pain, autoimmune conditions, orthopedic injuries, recovery, and athletic performance optimization. Brian Kong will share both the science and the practical realities behind these treatments, along with the complementary lifestyle, metabolic, and nervous-system practices that appear to improve outcomes and activate the body’s own healing capacity.

​Brian Kong is the founder of Human Wellness Centers and a former Buddhist monk turned entrepreneur. After suffering a severe multi-system health collapse seven years ago that left him with year-long insomnia, chronic pain, and organ dysfunction, he began researching therapies beyond conventional treatment pathways.

​His recovery journey led him across multiple countries studying regenerative medicine, including clinical applications of mesenchymal stem cells. Today he hosts educational retreats and recovery programs for individuals with chronic conditions and injuries, along with high-performers seeking longevity and performance optimization.
