She invites you to look at money not as a source of stress, but as a mirror reflecting your values and beliefs. This dinner is about awareness, curiosity, and finding alignment between your bank account and your life

​Zingara Located near Plaza de las Comendadoras, Zingara is described as a "vegetal magic" space. We chose this venue for its mystical, intimate atmosphere—dim lighting, velvet textures, and gold accents create the perfect cocoon for deep introspection. Zingara redefines vegetarian cuisine with high-end creativity, matching our ethos that the best experiences are those that surprise and nourish us.

• ​Saam Coreano: Almond pâté in shiso leaf with tamarind and peanut sauce.

• ​Muhammara: Red pepper spread with pomegranate molasses, walnuts, and pita bread.

• ​Buñuelos de Algas: Hijiki, wakame, and nori fritters with almond aioli.

​Mains

• ​Chuletón de Coliflor: Cauliflower steak on truffled cauliflower purée, noisette butter, toasted hazelnuts, and pangrattato.

• ​Milanesa de Berenjena: Eggplant milanesa gratinéed with provolone, grana padano, and tomato passata.

• ​Ravioles: Pumpkin stuffed pasta with provolone and caramelized onions in gorgonzola and amaretti cream.

​Dessert

• ​Cremoso de Aguacate: Avocado cream with coconut condensed milk and candied pumpkin seeds.

• ​Flan: Egg flan with dulce de leche.

​Drinks

• ​White Wine: El Transistor (Rueda)

• ​Red Wine: Raúl Pérez Ultreia (Bierzo)

• ​Filtered water and bread service included.

​Run of Show

• ​20:30: Arrival & Welcome Drink (Wine/Water).

• ​21:00: Seated. Intro by Julia.

• ​21:15: Food Service (Shared plates arrive in waves).

• ​21:15 – 23:00: Guided Conversation.
