Meet Your Hosts : Antonia Moreno - OTC Social Impact Community Leader
Antonia’s work focuses on social impact projects across different communities. Among her experiences are organizing a solidarity camp with leprosy survivors in China, supporting education programs for inmates in London, volunteering with refugee children in Calais, and contributing to humanitarian aid logistics for Gaza. She is now pursuing a Master’s in NGO Management and Social Entrepreneurship.
Growing up as a third-culture kid, she cares deeply about bringing people together and creating experiences where compassion and purpose meet.

A Gourmet three course menu with chosen wine pairings for each dish. At Vinology, the culinary offerings are just as thoughtfully curated as the wine selection. The menu features a range of gourmet small plates and sharing dishes that blend traditional Spanish flavors with contemporary twists. From perfectly cured charcuterie and artisan cheeses to fresh, seasonal salads and tapas-inspired creations, every dish is designed to complement the wines and elevate the tasting experience.
