Open Day by The POD
Dear Tech Entrepreneur,
As the year comes to a close, we would like to take a moment to wish you a peaceful end of year, quality time with those close to you, and some well-deserved rest.
It has been a while since we last organised a truly meaningful networking event. That is about to change.
We are pleased to invite you to The POD Open Day, an exclusive event designed for tech entrepreneurs only. A full day hosted in our brand-new Tech Hub, bringing together a carefully curated group of founders and leaders from the Belgian tech ecosystem.
What is The POD Open Day?
It's not a traditional “open house”. It's a full networking and working day where you are free to arrive when it suits you and spend the day with us.
Your seat will be reserved, and you will be surrounded by other selected tech entrepreneurs — some familiar faces, others new and worth meeting.
Tech Breakfast (Start 09:30)
We need to start the day in the best way possible so for those who want to come early, there will be pastries, coffee and tea available. Networking and discussion can start immediately !
Midday pitching session (Start 12:00)
At noon, we will host a pitching session in our event hall. Each participant will have the opportunity to briefly present themselves and their venture. You like pitching — and seeing how others do it — so we promise a dynamic and valuable session.
Lunch by a local burger food truck (Start 13:00)
For lunch, Johane and her team will be back with their excellent local burger truck. They have already joined us twice, and we are delighted to welcome them again. The prices for the burgers will be announced in due time.

Move around, change seats, start conversations — this day is built to encourage genuine interactions.
Afterwork with DJ (Start 17:00)
We will close the day with an afterwork gathering. A DJ (you likely already know who), beers, wine and soft drinks will be ready for a proper end-of-day moment together.
All we ask is your presence and your willingness to engage with the tech community ;) And if you think of another tech entrepreneur you would like to bring, just do it !!
