Touch & Sound
Touch & Sound is an immersive somatic experience where conversation, embodiment, and vibration meet. We begin with a guided Touch Talk — a heart-centered dialogue that explores how touch shapes our safety, our relationships, and our nervous systems. You’ll be invited to reflect on your personal “touch story,” noticing where your body longs to be held, witnessed, or soothed.
From there, we move into an experiential workshop. Through gentle breath, movement, and awareness practices, you’ll learn how to regulate your nervous system, release stored tension, and deepen your connection to your body’s intelligence.
We then arrive in stillness with a healing Sound Bath. Surrounded by crystal bowls and resonant frequencies, your body is bathed in vibration, encouraging deep relaxation, emotional release, and integration.
Touch & Sound is not just an event — it is a ritual of reconnection: to yourself, to your body, and to the sacred intelligence of touch.
About: Nazra Peterson
Nazra Peterson is a Holistic Healer, Integration Life Coach, and founder of Holistic Touch by Nazra. Her work blends energy healing bodywork, somatic trauma release, and intuitive coaching to support emotional and physical transformation.
She is the creator of Touch Talks and teaches about the 8 Essential Needs for Touch, helping people reclaim connection in a culture that often distorts it. Nazra’s mission is to guide others back to embodied presence, power, and peace — both within and beyond the body.
