Vintage Tech Contest

​everything we own is becoming grey & dull

​flat icons, minimalist designs, all glass covers

​we've lost the details that make the technology we use every day colorful

​the vintage tech contest is meant to say "f#!k that"

​bring your favorite piece of old technology that's been lying on your desk, & share what makes it so special to you

​here are the rules:

- 50 contestants

- 1 document camera on stage

​- 1 min each to present your tech

​you'll be judged on aesthetics, function, & most importantly, how much you love what you're showcasing

​judged by the Curatorial Director of the Internet History Program at the Computer History Museum Marc Weber + some special guests

​to become a contestant, RSVP as one & send us info on what tech you plan to bring, we'll choose the people who love their tech most

​contestants will be expected to arrive early
