Volcano as Teacher: An Embodied Exploration of Leadership
In this 1.5-hour experiential workshop, participants engage somatic movement and Earth-based inquiry to explore leadership through the lens of volcanism—how pressure, timing, and transformation inform effective leadership.
Participants can expect to:
Clarify decision-making by increasing somatic awareness
Regulate stress and reset the nervous system
Access renewed energy and focus at the end of the workday

Leave with practical guidance to support leadership into the following week
This workshop is rooted in Kendra Adler’s ongoing research and somatic movement practice and offers a preview of PHENOMENA, a retreat co-facilitated with Malia Wright.

Kendra Adler is an artist, somatic movement educator, and certified Body-Mind Centering® practitioner with over a decade of experience guiding embodied practices rooted in listening and connection.
