About Event

You already use Claude. You know your way around chats and Projects, and you've probably experimented with some of the more advanced features.

Then Monday comes and you're still doing most of the work by hand. Scheduled tasks and automations are sitting right there, and it's hard to know where you'd even start.

That's the gap this workshop closes.

We build the system underneath. You'll map the marketing work you get through every month, match each part of it to the piece of Claude that actually fits, and leave with one of those workflows built, tested and running on a schedule.

📅 Wednesday 4 November, 16:00 to 19:00 📍 Central Oslo, exact address sent when your seat is confirmed 👥 12 seats 💸 2,700 kr per person

Who it's for

Marketers who already use Claude and want to stop rebuilding the same thing every week. You know your way around Projects and chats. This is the step after that.

You'll get even more out of it if you came to Claude for Marketers, From Scratch on 31 October, and it works on its own too.

Before you come, we do our homework too

When your seat is confirmed we'll send you a short PDF with a few questions about the work you repeat every week: what you do, where the information comes from, what the finished thing looks like and what you'd love to stop doing by hand.

Fill it in and send it back by 2 November. We read every single one and build the evening around what's actually in them, and that only works if we have yours in time. It's also why there are only 12 seats.

The evening

16:00 · Welcome, and where the gap really is What you're already doing well, and the one step that turns it into a system. What you'll have running by 19:00.

16:15 · Your month, and which part of Claude fits each piece of it The core of the evening. We put the real tasks from your PDFs on the wall, grouped into the four layers of a Claude system, so you see where each of your own jobs belongs.

  • Context: Projects and knowledge files. You create a separate Project when the brand, the audience, the objective or the working context changes, and one Project can carry several workflows

  • Inputs: Connectors for Drive, Calendar, Gmail, Slack or HubSpot, and files on your own computer through Cowork

  • Process: Skills, so a process you repeat is written once and runs the same way every time

  • Output and automation: the right output for the job, a document, a table, a file or a shareable Artifact, and scheduled tasks that run on their own

You leave this block with your own map filled in, every task matched to the piece that handles it, and one workflow chosen to build tonight.

16:50 · Break ☕

17:00 · Set up your Project properly Most people have a Project. Fewer have one that earns its keep. Custom instructions that say what it does, who it's for, what the output looks like and where it stops. The documents it needs: brand guide, tone of voice, personas, offers, past results, templates. Test it with one question and tune it from what comes back.

17:25 · Your inputs, and what each one can really do Where your data lives and what Claude can see. Connect what's missing and test it with a question only your own data can answer. The honest difference between a connector and a local folder, and what that means the moment you want something to run without you.

17:50 · Break ☕

18:00 · Build one workflow, end to end The big block, on the workflow template: objective, trigger, input sources, instructions, brand context, output format, human review and definition of done. Save the process as a Skill so next time it runs the same way without explaining it again. Run it once, from start to finish, with your own data.

18:35 · Schedule it and watch it run Turn your workflow into a scheduled task. Pick the day and the time, the Monday report at eight, the competitor check on Fridays. We run it once in front of everyone, so you see it work before you leave.

18:50 · Your 30 day plan, and close What to add each week for the next four. Where your own review sits now that you're no longer watching every step. Photo.

What you leave with

  • A map of the marketing work you repeat every month, with each task matched to the part of Claude that handles it

  • Your Claude Project set up properly, with the document list it needs

  • One workflow built and tested with your own data

  • One scheduled task running, and a clear answer on whether it needs your laptop open

  • A 30 day plan to finish building the rest

What to bring

Your laptop and charger.

Claude with a paid plan, Pro or higher, and Claude Desktop installed. We work with files on your own computer during the workshop, and that needs the desktop app. You'll confirm both when you request your seat.

Your answers to the PDF, sent back by 2 November.

One week before, a short setup check. Connect one data source and tell us how it went, so anything that needs sorting gets sorted before Wednesday instead of during.

A word on what runs by itself: a scheduled task runs in the cloud, so it works with your laptop closed, as long as its data comes from a connected source. A task that reads files on your own computer needs the desktop app open. We show you both and help you pick the right one for your workflow.

Coffee, tea and something to eat throughout. We finish at 19:00.

Who's teaching

Barbara Casique is a marketing strategist and Claude expert with nearly 10 years of experience across brand building, content, digital campaigns and international market launches. She uses Claude daily to research, develop strategies and turn complex ideas into marketing people can understand and act on.

Gabriela Staccioli Aguiló is a social media strategist, community builder and Claude expert specialising in content, digital communication and audience engagement. She uses Claude to build stronger ideas, create better content and develop more efficient marketing workflows.

Together we founded Women in Marketing Oslo. Our first event filled the room with 114 marketers, and we have run four events this year, all built on the same idea: real work and real conversations between people who do this for a living.

This workshop brings together our practical marketing experience and the Claude workflows we use every day. Everything we teach is built to be used on Monday.
