IGI BioML Journal Club - Generative design of bacteriophages with genome language models

​Samuel King will present his work from Brian Hie's Lab at Stanford on how genome language models can be used to design entire functional bacteriophage genomes! The team generated novel phage genomes, with 16 designs experimentally confirmed to be viable.
