Shipaton Wrap-up × Kotlin Turns 15
Shipaton Wrap-up × Kotlin Turns 15
Tuesday, October 13, 2026 · 17:30–20:30
Genesys Hungary · Eiffel Office Building, Budapest
Event language: English
Join Shipaton Budapest and Kotlin Budapest for a joint celebration of Kotlin’s 15th birthday and the wrap-up of Shipaton 2026, RevenueCat’s app-building competition. One meetup, two communities, and plenty to talk about.
We’ll start with the Shipaton Budapest team’s look back at the competition: who took part, what they built, and the lessons learned along the way.
Then we’ll switch to a Kotlin Open Space. There are no fixed discussion topics or scheduled speakers for this part: anyone can suggest a topic, ask a question, or share a personal Kotlin story on a sticky note. The room will form smaller groups around whatever gets people talking.
Come with a question, a war story, or just curiosity—no preparation is needed. We’ll round off the evening with networking, a bit of trivia, and time to catch up.
