What's Included
9:50 AM: Meet at Chefs Hall (111 Richmond St W) & settle in
10:00 AM: 45‑minute full‑body strength class led by Mel and Lauren, beginner‑friendly and modifiable for all fitness levels (mats & resistance bands provided).
11:00 AM: Post‑class beverage included by Lost Coffee – your choice of medium drip coffee, latte or matcha latte (hot or iced) with your preferred milk & syrup options. Choose your drink during registration and it will be ready for you when class ends.
