  • Julia Pasek, Rethink Food

    • Rethink Food, the venture arm of Rethink Capital Partners, a multi-strategy investment firm and Registered Investment Adviser focused on impact investing across venture capital and real estate. Rethink Capital Partners has been recognized as one of TIME’s 2025 America’s Top Venture Capital Firms and has appeared on the ImpactAssets 50 list for several consecutive years.

    • At Rethink Food, Julia leads deal flow, diligence, and portfolio operations, supporting investments in cutting-edge innovations transforming the future of food, health, and sustainability. The fund is guided by a world-class advisory network that includes Indra Nooyi, former Chair and CEO of PepsiCo, who serves as Senior Strategic Advisor.

    • Julia holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, with concentrations in Financial Analysis and Social Impact, where she co-led CASE i3, Fuqua’s flagship impact investing initiative. There, she developed impact frameworks for Veris Wealth Partners and participated in the student-managed impact fund, focusing on consumer and CPG investments.

    • She also brings operating experience from Conagra Brands, where she worked on product innovation, and Ecotone Renewables, where she developed go-to-market strategies for an anaerobic digestion startup.

    • Before business school, Julia partnered with founder-led companies across sectors—from e-bikes and specialty coffee to employment technology—developing a sharp operational lens and a passion for scaling purpose-driven ventures. A fifth-generation Californian whose family raised cattle, she brings a lifelong appreciation for food and agriculture.
