Fireside Chat with Michael Moszynski, CEO of LONDON Advertising
Join us for an honest and practical conversation with Michael Moszynski, one of the UK’s leading creative entrepreneurs and founder of LONDON Advertising.
In this fireside chat, Michael will share how he built one of the world’s smallest global agencies and turned it into an industry leader, winning Agency of the Year six times in seven years and delivering campaigns across 135 countries.
We’ll explore what it means to challenge the status quo, from rejecting traditional agency models to proving that small, agile teams can deliver bigger impact than global networks.
Michael will reflect on his journey from Saatchi & Saatchi to founding LONDON, his experience launching global brands, and what today’s founders can learn about creativity, strategy, and building something that lasts.
This event is for anyone interested in entrepreneurship, marketing, and creative leadership.

Michael Moszynski, BSc (Econ) International Relations 1982-1986
Michael is a proud LSE alumni who believes it is his duty to give back to the School where he learnt so much, especially outside of academia. Whilst at LSE he set up a non-political party, “Independent Student” with Lord Cooper (who went on to become Prime Minister David Cameron’s former Head of Strategy) which saw him successfully wrest control of the Student’s Union for the first time in decades from the hard left. As Sabbatical Senior Treasurer he revolutionised the SU’s finances and administration as well as held out against two coups to oust him from office for refusing to send money, voted by the SU, to the Miners Union during the 1984 strike, which made front page headlines across the UK.
With that experience under his belt, he secured a graduate role with Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising which had just become the world’s biggest agency and which started his 20 year relationship working another LSE alumni, Lord Saatchi.
Michael is one of the most experienced international ad men in the industry today. He worked for the Saatchi Brothers for over 20 years running large global clients and was a Founding Partner of M&C Saatchi for whom he set up offices in Hong Kong, New York, London, Africa and The Middle East.
In 2008 Michael launched LONDON Advertising as a new type of global agency, with just one office in London and using technology to disrupt the existing large, slow and bureaucratic networks. The Agency has created work that has run in more countries than WPP has offices and has won Agency of the Year nine out of the last ten years.
Michael has advised Presidents and Prime Ministers across the globe, helped entrepreneurs in several countries exit with valuations of over $1bn and delivered record ROI on advertising across many sectors.
Michael has ‘used the difficulty’ of crises to build his own brand.
In 2012 he offered a £100,000 prize to find the best digital marketing talent. He incubated the winning idea and secured £4m investment, making it the most invested tech start-up in Europe.
In the midst of Covid he launched a major TV, Outdoor and Digital campaign to promote the benefits of advertising in a recession, which, according to a recent poll, has made LONDON Advertising the best-known agency in the UK.
In 2025 Michael stepped down as CEO to become Chair of LONDON Advertising. He has invested in over 25 start-ups and is Chair of LONDON AI, WONA (a tech media platform) and is Founder of Britain’s Gold (a venture seeking to recover £500b of gold in British ships sunk in the two world wars).
Michael was awarded UK CEO of the Year 2019 and 2020, but is most proud of his Order of Merit, awarded by the Knights of Malta, for his charity work.
