About Event

This is an initiation—an experience that stays with you long after you leave the room.

It is an invitation into the juiciest experience of play, curiosity, and self-expression—where the body remembers that anything is possible. A space to meet the parts of yourself you’ve been afraid to face, not with force, but with softness.

Here, expression becomes liberation. As you listen, feel, and allow yourself to fully come alive, you begin to reclaim your fullness—returning to the pure, raw, wild essence of who you were before fear, before performance, before the world told you who to be.

What to Expect:

This is a trauma-informed, embodied breath journey designed to create deep safety in the nervous system so the body can open, release, and remember. You’ll be guided through a fluid blend of somatic and embodiment practices, which may include intentional movement, shaking, fascia release, EFT tapping, tantra, intuitive dance, conscious breathwork, and gentle parts work inspired by Internal Family Systems (IFS).

Rather than pushing or forcing release, this experience invites choice, curiosity, and presence—allowing whatever is ready to surface to do so at its own pace. The breath becomes a companion, helping you move beyond the mind and into direct, embodied knowing.

Who This Is For:

This experience is for mission-driven individuals and leaders who feel there is more within them—and are ready to meet it.

For those who:

  • Feel different, misunderstood, or ahead of their time

  • Are breaking free from societal conditioning and conformity

  • Are willing to face fear and self-doubt with compassion

  • Want to lead from authenticity rather than survival or trauma

  • Desire deeper confidence, creativity, and self-trust

You don’t need prior experience to any healing modalities—only a willingness to feel, explore, and meet yourself honestly.

What You’ll Leave With:

  • Clearer, lighter, and more embodied

  • Reconnected to your body and emotional truth

  • Activated in confidence, creativity, and aliveness

  • Rooted in a deeper sense of self-trust and inner safety

  • More grounded and regulated in their nervous system

You are not here to fix yourself.
You are here to come home.

Community Agreements:

  1. Arrive early.
Please arrive 15 minutes before we begin to settle in, use the restroom, and support your body in arriving fully present.

  2. This is a closed container.
Out of care and respect for the space, doors will close 10 minutes after the start time, and no one will be able to enter after that. This helps protect safety and depth for everyone who is present.

  3. Don't drink coffee. Please grab tea or water.

  4. Everything is an invitation.
    You are always in choice.
    Honor your boundaries.
    Trust your yes.
    Trust your no.

  5. Photography & consent.
There will be a photographer in the room, primarily capturing the facilitator and the overall energy of the space. If you prefer not to be photographed—or if the presence of a camera feels unsafe for you—please let us know or opt out. Your comfort and consent are always honored.

Led By: Kanwal Jehan

Kanwal Jehan is a certified Trauma-informed Somatic Facilitator (500+ hours), Leadership Coach, and Founder of GrowthSpire.co, a wellness leadership company devoted to guiding mission-driven leaders into their power through deep healing work such as somatic embodiment and subconscious transformation.

A native New Yorker and a world traveler, Kanwal has spent her life walking between worlds — as an adventurer, a wanderer, and a guide. Before founding her own company, she spent over a decade as an executive and community leader in New York’s fast-paced tech world, where she witnessed firsthand the weight of burnout, disconnection, and chronic stress. This became the foundation of her work today — blending leadership experience with embodied wisdom. In the last 10 years, her journey has taken her to sacred learning grounds in Bali, Thailand, Peru, and beyond, where she immersed herself in meditation within monasteries, breathwork, nervous system healing, tantra, somatic practices, yoga, and more.

Her roots trace back to her Pashtun, Afghan, and Pakistani ancestry — lineages steeped in resilience, connection, community, and legacy. She carries these values into every space she holds, creating containers where healing becomes not only personal, but also collective.

Her work is an invitation: to cultivate safety in the body and release what no longer serves, to feel deeply, and to rise renewed. Through the breath and the body, she helps people remember their wholeness, transmute pain into creative freedom, and step into the power of their purest essence.
