Founder Backroom (private dinner) - Warsaw edition 2026
To kick off TransLogistica Poland, L40º and Circeus are hosting a private Founder Backroom dinner on November 2 for a selected group of software founders in Warsaw.
The evening is designed for founders building technology businesses across supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, retail, ERP, compliance, invoicing, and other areas of mission-critical software.
We’ll bring together founders attending TransLogistica alongside local technology entrepreneurs, with a core focus on companies generating €3M+ in recurring revenue. Selected founders above €1M in revenue will also be considered where there is a strong strategic fit.
The conversation will centre on software valuations in 2026, current acquisition appetite, and how acquirers evaluate businesses beyond headline growth. We’ll discuss the characteristics that make vertical software companies attractive acquisition targets, how AI is influencing buyer priorities, and what founders should understand about positioning, timing, and long-term optionality.
Hosted by L40º and Circeus, with the support of TransLogistica Poland.
About the hosts
Circeus is the AI-native holding company for mission-critical software, the tools the everyday economy quietly runs on. Instead of buying to flip, Circeus gives proven B2B software businesses a permanent home. Founders keep their brand, their team, and their product vision, while Circeus brings founder-first ownership and a centralized AI platform that builds value over the long term. On top of that, founders get real operating support, a back-office backbone, and an international network of operators who have scaled software companies before.
TransLogistica Poland is one of the largest B2B trade fairs for transport, freight forwarding, and logistics in Poland and the Central and Eastern European region. The event brings together companies looking for reliable transport and supply chain solutions with providers of logistics services and industry technologies.
Manufacturers, retailers, distributors, importers, exporters, and other cargo owners attend to discover trusted logistics partners and optimize their supply chains. At the same time, the exhibition attracts owners and executives of transport and logistics companies, creating an ideal platform for presenting fleet management systems, telematics, digital transport solutions, and other technologies supporting modern logistics operations
