About Event

The aim of this event is to focus on the practical steps we could take in the UK and globally to advance the energy transition and achieve net-zero (or below). The discussion will take place using new language and ideas from ‘Less is More’ by Jason Hickel to help widen the space of possible solutions. We will discuss what could be achieved in a new world economy, but also where our goals are still possible under our current systems. This discussion will not be a forum for battling political ideologies.
